Undergraduate students (BDS) start their Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery learning in the Third year of the BDS course which continues into their final year and Internship.

Complete scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is taught during the undergraduate course along with clinical training in Local Anesthesia, Simple Exodontia, Complicated Exodontia, Asepsis, Alvoeloplasty, Periapical Surgery, Suturing, Management of Medical Emergencies, Management of Medically Compromized patients, Basic Life Support, Management of Maxillofacial Trauma, Maxillofacial Infections etc.
