ORAL MEDICINE AND RADIOLOGY
The department of Oral Medicine and Maxillofacial Radiology is concerned with the early diagnosis and treatment of oro-mucosal lesions by medical and no surgical management of oral and maxillofacial pathologies. This Department screens all patients who seek emergency and comprehensive dental treatment and provides consultative services for them. A strong emphasis is placed on the recognition of oral health as part of general health. Over the years, the unit has acquired a reputation and recognition for excellence in teaching and patient care.
PG Program
Post graduation (MDS) in Oral Medicine & Maxillofacial Radiology is a 3 years intensive program, involving training in wide range of dental procedures and academics.Surendera dental College & Research Center
UG Program
Oral Medicine and Radiology involves explaining to the BDS students about the awareness of medically compromised patients and importance of intra and extra oral radiographs under supervision.urendera dental College & Research Center
Interns & CDE
In the Internship program students get exposure of ample number of patients. They gain confidence and good command in Intra-oral and Extra-oral Examination of the patients and also treating the patients by non surgical procedures.
